We raised $350 for Share the Dignity with our Saturday morning class a few weeks ago. Well done to all involved and a big thank you to Workspace2580 in Clinton St for donating the lovely room for our class.
Let’s do it again next year!!
Next Saturday 1 September I will be holding a yoga4dignity class as a fundraiser for Share the Dignity, a non-profit organisation supporting vulnerable women and children who are experiencing homelessness and domestic violence.

The class will be held at Workspace 2580, Level 1, 56 Clinton St Goulburn at 9:30-10:45am
The time for Monday morning class has changed to 10:30am – 11:45am. Same yoga, just starting 15 minutes later!
There’s still a couple of places remaining. Classes start Monday 30 July.

There will be no classes from 1 March – 18 March.
Term 1 classes resume with the Mon morning class on 19 March and will continue till the April NSW school holidays.

Tuesday night class has changed from 6:45pm to the new earlier time of 5:15pm and finishes at 6:30pm. If this new time suits you, contact me asap. There are a few vacancies in this class. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced students.
