How long have you practised yoga?
These yoga classes are being taught by an experienced qualified yoga teacher. All care will be taken to ensure your wellbeing and safety. Any instructions given are intended as guidance only and you should not do anything that you consider inappropriate for you. This course is not intended as a substitute for medical advice or care. Please consult your medical practitioner before you begin if you have any questions or concerns about the suitability of these classes. It is your own responsibility to adjust your practice according to your limitations to ensure that no injury occurs. You agree not to attend class if you feel unwell, have a contagious or infectious disease, a temperature, cough, sore throat, sneezing or headache or if you have Covid-19.

I also provide corporate group classes and private sessions, for a group or one-to-one, either face-to-face or by Zoom. These sessions are customised to your personal needs and abilities. If you are interested, contact me for more information

SOMETIMES A CASUAL VACANCY COMES UP. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN CASUAL ATTENDANCE, CONTACT JENNIE WITH THE CLASS TIME & DATE & A REQUEST TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITING LIST. IF THERE IS A CASUAL VACANCY, THE FEE FOR A SINGLE CASUAL CLASS IS $25 PAYABLE IN ADVANCE BY DIRECT DEPOSIT ONLY.


Each hatha yoga class includes slow limbering and stretching, held yoga postures, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation techniques. Regular yoga practice will improve your physical health, vitality, mood, concentration and sleep. Your body will gain flexibility and strength, your self-awareness and confidence will grow and your mind will become calmer and more focused.
