I’m excited to offer my very first online meditation course. I’ve taught lots of meditation & mindfulness courses and classes face to face, but in this time of change and innovation, why not online?
6 weeks- with 6 guided meditations and background talks and 3 live Zoom sessions-designed with newcomers and “lapsed” meditators in mind.
I think the combination of recorded and live sessions will work perfectly. Go to the Meditation page for all the details and to register.
Are you wanting to start or reboot a personal regular practice?
If so, you’ll be pleased to hear I will be offering a 6-week online meditation course soon.
If you sign up, you’ll receive a weekly video by email, with a guided meditation practice and a short (5 – 10 min) background talk. I’ll also conduct fortnightly Zoom workshops for extra real-time group practice and the opportunity for Q & A.
Great to know that we’re back on deck with face-to-face classes from Monday 22 June! All the times are on the Classes page.
Numbers will be limited and you will need to bring your own yoga mat and props. I’ll be helping keep students safe by providing hand sanitiser on entry to the room and there will be markings on the floor for safe mat placement.
All payments for classes will be made online- no cash or pop-in attendances. If you’ve booked a class and you are unwell, please stay at home. I’m happy for a family member or friend to take your place. Just let me know.
On June 2 the NSW Government announced that yoga studios can reopen from June 13. Restrictions include a cap of 10 people in a class and the allowance of 4 sqm for each person.
What does this mean for Goulburn Yoga classes? Well, maybe we can start face-to-face classes again soon! I will be working out the number of students I can accommodate in our regular room at The Hume Con and an online booking system.
So excited to be offering these classes. If you sign up, you’ll receive lots of extras, like short specific practices, audio relaxations and meditations.
Enjoy the convenience of classes in your own home-very handy while we’re physically distancing!
With the ever-changing scenario of the COVID-19 virus, it has been a difficult decision to cancel face-to-face classes but with the advice of NSW Health and other organisations, it really is a no-brainer. Stay tuned for audio and video materials to support your personal practice!
I am so excited to be a part of this weekend at An Alternative Life Learning Centre at Bungonia, NSW 25-26 April. It is intended to provide workshops and sessions to assist the healing and recovery of those impacted by the recent bushfires.
On the Sunday I will lead a self-nourishing hour or so of gentle yoga stretches, mindful breathing & a guided body-mind relaxation practice. It doesn’t matter if you’ve no experience of yoga or mindfulness; mats and blankets will be provided.
It’s Sleep Awareness Week next week so why not come to a Yoga for Better Sleep class on Thurs 8 August at 5-6pm? Just $10 for an hour of delicious tension-melting stretches, calming breathing and a guided relaxation.
Mats and props provided. Please email or text Jennie if you’re coming!

The Yoga & Sleep workshop in Moss Vale was a wonderful weekend- the participants were so enthusiastic and engaged! The feedback was hugely positive with one yoga therapist who attended commenting, “The Yoga and Sleep Workshop is a ‘must’ for anyone who is having difficulty with any aspect of sleeping and for those Yoga Therapists who may have clients who have sleep related problems.”
